Monthly Zoom Meeting & Newsletter
Every month, updates are provided to agricultural educators via Zoom meetings and a newsletter. The Zoom meetings are typically held on the first Thursday of every month.

State Officer Visit Request
If you would like to request a chapter visit by a State Officer, please submit the Officer Request Form at least two weeks prior to the event.
|
State Report
All required reports will be completed through and pulled from The AET system.
Report Due Dates:
- The chapter Program of Activities (POA) is due December 8.
- The Supervised Agriculture Experience (SAE) is due February 1.
- The National Chapter Report is due March 1.

Student Release
Students MUST have an Emergency Contact Form and Audio/Visual/Photo Release (see documents section below) for anything they do with Arkansas FFA. Please make sure these are up-to-date and that they are provided to the State Staff.
