The Arkansas FFA Association is seeking a motivated and organized professional to serve as Executive Secretary, supporting statewide leadership programming, events, and operations for more than 19,000 FFA members across Arkansas. This role works closely with the State FFA Advisor to coordinate major conferences, support the State Officer team, manage administrative operations, and help deliver high-quality leadership experiences for students and teachers across the state.
Position Highlights
- Full-time leadership support role for the Arkansas FFA Association
- Works closely with the Arkansas FFA State Advisor and State Officer Team
- Coordinates major statewide leadership events including conferences, camps, and the Arkansas State FFA Convention
- Supports national opportunities including the National FFA Convention & Expo and Washington Leadership Conference
- Oversees the Arkansas Ag Education & FFA Internship Program
- Assists with budget tracking, administrative operations, and statewide program coordination
- Helps manage communication, digital media, and website resources for Arkansas FFA
- Collaborates with staff and volunteers to support programming at Camp Couchdale
Position Details
- Location: Hybrid (Remote, Camp Couchdale, and statewide/national travel) (Must reside in Arkansas)
- Salary Range: $63,000 – $70,000 (commensurate with experience)
Travel Expectations
- Approximately 71–80 travel days per year
- Approximately 90+ days working at Camp Couchdale supporting conferences and events
