Internship Details
- This year, we plan to select three Ag Education interns that work directly with the FFA State Staff to coordinate State Convention, summer leadership conferences and teacher professional development.
- Any majors may apply; however, preference is given to upper level agricultural education majors.
- For the large majority of the summer the internship will take place at Camp Couchdale in Hot Springs, AR.
- Report time #1 will be for the 99th Arkansas FFA State Convention & Expo. (Friday, April 17th - Wednesday, April 22nd)
- Report time # 2 will be for the Summer Leadership Conferences and Ag Teacher Inservice (Tuesday, May 26th - Sunday, August 2nd)
- This is a paid internship. The rate of pay will be discussed at a later time.
- Housing and Food will be provided while on site.

Potential Duties/Expectations Include:
- Collaboration with other Interns, State Staff, State Officers, Ag Teachers, FFA Members, and Industry Partners
- Assisting in preparations and execution of State Convention, Camps, Workshops, Sessions, and Professional Development
- Assisting in writing activity and workshop curriculum
- Facilitation to FFA Members
