Executive Committee      

The chairperson, State Advisor and three members of the Arkansas FFA Board of Directors shall
be designated by the board to serve as the Executive Committee and shall have the power to deal
with items of business of the association. All official actions of the Executive Committee shall be
reported to the Arkansas FFA Association of Board of Director.
