Twenty-three Arkansas FFA members and two Advisors, recently traveled to Washington, D.C., to participate in the Washington Leadership Conference (WLC), the premier leadership experience hosted by the National FFA Organization.
During the weeklong conference, students joined hundreds of FFA members from across the country to strengthen their leadership skills, explore the nation's capital, and discover how they can create meaningful change in their communities. Through interactive workshops, service-focused activities, and leadership development sessions, participants were challenged to identify their strengths and develop action plans to make a lasting impact back home.
Arkansas FFA members visited many of Washington, D.C.'s historic landmarks and memorials, gaining a deeper appreciation for the nation's history and the importance of servant leadership.
The Washington Leadership Conference empowers FFA members to become leaders who serve others, inspire positive change, and strengthen their communities. Arkansas FFA is proud of these 23 members for representing the state with professionalism and enthusiasm while investing in their personal growth, and grateful for the Advisors that made this trip possible.
