The Arkansas FFA Foundation, Inc. operates as a tax-exempt, Not-For-Profit 501 (c)(3) Corporation. Funds raised through the Arkansas FFA Foundation directly benefit members and chapters at the local level. A few examples include:
- FFA Foundation Scholarships for more than twenty students annually
- Awards for Career Development Events (CDE), Leadership contests and proficiency winners
- Travel expenses to National Convention for state CDE winners
- Delegate expenses to the State FFA Convention for each chapter
- Leadership Conferences for chapter and state officers
- Expense of courtesy corps members, nominating committee members, audit committee members, talent, and district leadership contest winners in parliamentary procedure, prepared public speaking and extemporaneous public speaking

The Arkansas FFA Foundation Board of Directors is made up of Business and Industry representatives, AVATA Representatives, Arkansas FFA Representatives and Ag-Education State Staff.
